TikTok Integration

Grandkids Guide integrates with TikTok via TikTok for Developers' Login Kit and Content Posting API. If you choose to connect your TikTok account to Grandkids Guide, the following applies:

  • Data accessed: We receive your TikTok display name and avatar (via user.info.basic) to confirm which account is connected, and your profile link and verification status (via user.info.profile).
  • Content publishing: With your authorization, Grandkids Guide uses the Content Posting API (video.publish, video.upload) to publish video content you explicitly schedule to your own TikTok profile. Content is only posted when you initiate it — Grandkids Guide never posts without your action.
  • Data use: TikTok account data is used solely to display your connected account and to publish content you schedule. We do not sell, share, or use TikTok data for advertising or profiling purposes.
  • Disconnect: You may disconnect your TikTok account from Grandkids Guide at any time. Disconnecting revokes our access to your TikTok account.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We use infrastructure and service providers (for example hosting, database, and payment processing) strictly to operate the service.

Your Choices and Rights

  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time
  • Request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate site traffic and performance. Cloudflare Analytics does not use cookies and does not track individual users across sites. When you interact with paid ads (for example on Meta/Facebook), those platforms may set cookies or pixels on their own platforms in accordance with their privacy policies. We do not use third-party advertising cookies for behavioral targeting on this site.

Grandkids Guide is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
